RUNNING CHAMPS

For the third straight year the Greenfield boys are cross country champions of the Mission Trail Athletic League. The Bruins had five runners earn All-MTAL medals after out running the rest of the field. Greenfield finished first, followed by Pacific Grove and King City.

Spartans lose pair to Padres

The Carmel Padres played like defending league champions last week defeating the Gonzales Spartans by 11-1 and 10-2 scores.
