King City frosh-soph win invitational title

With wins in four events and multiple points in many events the King City High frosh-soph boys track team won their division at the King City Lions’ and Young Farmers’ 74th Invitational Track Meet. Esteban Deniz led the Broncos with wins in the 1600 and 3200.

Runners compete at Greenfield Harvest Festival 5K

Hartnell distance runner and Greenfield resident Jaime Garcia edged 15-year-old Luis Martinez to be crowned the overall winner of the 2017 Harvest Run Sunday morning in Greenfield.

King City routs Bruins in last game

Six players scored touchdowns as the King City Mustangs beat Greenfield 50-20 on Friday night at War Memorial Stadium for the final regular season game for both teams. King City improved to 6-4 and Greenfield fell to 3-7 overall after the non-league loss.
