An early miscue for a touchdown was quickly forgotten on Saturday as the Greenfield High Bruins outscored the Pajaro Valley Grizzlies 48-0 the rest of the way in a 48-6 season-opener at Cabrillo College in Aptos.

After months of waiting, the new King City Boxing Club opened its doors at the King City Recreation Department site at 411 Division St.

With wins in four events and multiple points in many events the King City High frosh-soph boys track team won their division at the King City Lions’ and Young Farmers’ 74th Invitational Track Meet. Esteban Deniz led the Broncos with wins in the 1600 and 3200.
