Kirk Salisbury, 52, of Greenfield was sentenced Oct. 19 to four years in prison after entering pleas of no contest to felony child abuse and felony domestic violence.

King City Police arrest gang member for fight
On May 17, at about 12:31 p.m., officers from the King City Police Department were dispatched to the 800 block of Broadway for a fight in progress.
Prisoner sentenced to life for killing another inmate
On June 7, Brant Q. Daniel, a 43-year-old inmate at Salinas Valley State Prison in Soledad, pled guilty to the charge of murder. Judge Lydia Villarreal accepted the inmate’s plea.
