Robert Pacheco III

Robert Pacheco III, 35 of Greenfield, passed away unexpectedly on March 30, 2018.

Robert “Tito” was a Palma High School Graduate class of 2000. He was a talented wrestler, as a young athlete he earned several MTAL & MBL league titles qualifying in CCS and culminatingin top 3 finish at California CIF Championships. He went on to wrestle at West Valley College and continued to help coach wrestling as he was passionate about the sport. As an adult he was a successful business owner, providing employment opportunities to local students pursuing higher education.

In his spare time he continued to compete in several Jiu-Jitsu tournaments placing 1st in US Open Santa Cruz BJJ. Tito enjoyed the outdoors, but more than anything his greatest gifts were his kindness, compassion for animals and cheerful personality “he was a humble, cheerful and loving soul.” He lived life fully as a caring individual, loyal friend, big brother, mentor and confidant to many friends and family alike.

Robert is survived by his parents, Roberto and Irma Pacheco; sisters, Judith and Julyanna Pacheco; brother, Alex Pacheco; nephew, James Campbell; girlfriend, Lulu Gonzales, her son Max and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends and his dog, Fancy and two cats, Boots and Wizard.

Robert was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Roberto and Reveriana Pacheco, maternal grandfather, Tomas Perez.

Viewing will take place Friday, April 6th at 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Greenfield, followed with rosary at 7pm. Funeral mass will be held at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, April 7, 2018 at Holy Trinity Church in Greenfield, CA. A celebration of Robert’s life
will follow immediately after the funeral at the Soledad YMCA, 560 Walker Drive, Soledad, CA 93960.
