GREENFIELD — Greenfield City Partnership recently recognized the vendors at the Greenfield Community Market for their involvement in the community.
The Saturday market helps to raise money for Greenfield High School student scholarships and for such community events as the Greenfield Community Thanksgiving Dinner, Christmas in the Park and the annual Easter celebration, put on by the Greenfield City Partnership.
All the events are free to attend.
Greenfield City Partnership, a nonprofit organization, teaches students to give back to their community and bring citizens together to share time, happiness and togetherness as a community.
Each vendor received a Certificate of Recognition on Oct. 6, the last day of this season’s Community Market.
“Thank you to the Greenfield Community Market vendors and all of the Greenfield citizens supporting our market and being terrific citizens in the city of Greenfield,” said Allison Steinmann, co-chair of the Greenfield City Partnership alongside Lilia Salinas.
