GREENFIELD — Administrative specialist Maria Marquez (photo above, far left) hands out prizes to visitors who participate in a wheel spin game at the Central California Alliance for Health booth at Dia Del Trabajador Agricola on Aug. 26 at Patriot Park.
The booth was part of the more than 50 agencies that attended the event’s community resource fair, which also included food vendors, children’s games and contests during the afternoon-spanning festival.
Parents (photo below) compete in short sprint races in order to win children’s bicycles during the Farmworker Day celebration. Numerous races went on as part of the day’s family activities and contests.
