GREENFIELD — The Greenfield Lady Bruin basketball team finished the Mission Trail Athletic League season last week with losses to King City at home and on the road to the Carmel Padres.
In the King City game the Lady Bruins were leading 24-15 at halftime but were outscored 43-17 in the second half in a 58-41 setback. Aliza Ortiz led the Lady Bruins with 22 points in the King City game.
At Carmel the Padres defeated Greenfield 46-37. Ortiz led Greenfield in scoring with 11 points and Maria Hernandez joined her teammate in double figures with 10 points.
